FIRST CALL DEMATERIALIZATION
The Management Board of Limatherm S.A., acting on the basis of Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 on amendments to the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts; (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended), calls on Shareholders holding non-dematerialized shares of Limatherm S.A. (series A, B,C,D and E) to submit their share documents in order to dematerialize them, which will be done by registering the shares in Dom Maklerski BDM SA based in Bielsko-Biała. The share documents should be submitted at the Limatherm SA head office, from Monday to Friday (working hours), from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The shareholder will receive a receipt from Limatherm SA for the submission of the shares.
